We have advised seafarers to do all that will not lower their immunity.

We refer them to IMO Circular on Guidance on Covid- 19.

BIMCO Guidance for ship operators. (These can be googled by their Manning Agents.)

We expect NIMASA to come up with Notices to Mariners soon, but being a national issue,  Honourable Minister of Health must take the lead. Hence clearance may be needed.

Watching out for new seafarers joining ship is critical. Those onboard should be investigated before disembarking on leave.
